Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

To: Employees Served by Sutter EAP
Sutter Health Employee Assistance Program is committed to the physical and emotional wellbeing of our communities. Sutter recognizes many individuals are experiencing fear, emotional upset and other difficult feelings related to the COVID-19 outbreak and have provided the following resources for you.

Through your EAP benefit you have access to services with licensed therapists who can provide emotional support and other local resources. To setup services, simply call 800-477-2258 or complete a request on our website sutterhealth.org/eap. They are available to assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all it takes is a call. The services are confidential and free to employees and eligible dependents.

During the state of emergency, Sutter are also offering telephonic and virtual sessions for members with an EAP therapist to aid in preventing the spread and to help ensure you receive support.

  • Check out the EAP Video Library which contains several videos designed to promote your emotional wellbeing during this time. Two good ones are: Managing the Unknown and Stress Busters. Both talk about this ongoing concern.
  • Want to learn more about COVID-19 and measures you can take to prevent the spread? Visit the Sutter Health COVID-19 Resource Page. If you scroll to the bottom there are some great short videos with helpful information. Feel free to share.
  • Feeling anxious about COVID-19? Reach out to EAP services to be connected with a professional.

If you have questions or would like to access EAP services, please contact us at 800-477-2258.
